The Offer is available only to pre-selected RAKBANK Customers and/or Employees who have been invited to participate in the promotion and who register using the designated promotional code or other verification method specified by GoSolr. Eligibility as a RAKBANK Customer or Employee shall be determined by RAKBANK.

The Offer is available only for residential villa properties located within the Emirate of Dubai.

The applicant must satisfy GoSolr's standard customer eligibility requirements, including but not limited to identity verification, property ownership or authority to contract, credit assessment (where applicable), and any other onboarding requirements determined by GoSolr from time to time.

The property must be technically, structurally and commercially suitable for a GoSolr solar installation and capable of obtaining all required regulatory, utility and community approvals. Suitability shall be determined solely by GoSolr.

Installation of the solar system remains subject to all applicable approvals, permits, No Objection Certificates and utility approvals, including those required by DEWA, the relevant master developer, community authority, municipality or any other applicable authority. The approval process and responsibilities shall be governed by GoSolr's standard Solar Subscription Agreement.

All subscriptions entered into under this Offer shall be subject to GoSolr's then-current Solar Subscription Agreement and standard Terms and Conditions, as published on the Company's website or otherwise provided to the customer. In the event of any inconsistency between this Offer and the Solar Subscription Agreement, the Solar Subscription Agreement shall prevail except in respect of the promotional discount.

The Offer consists solely of a 25% discount on the monthly subscription fee for the first twelve (12) months of the subscription. From the thirteenth (13th) month onwards, the standard subscription fee and any applicable adjustments under the Solar Subscription Agreement shall apply.

The Offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash or any other benefit, and may not be combined with any other GoSolr promotion, discount or incentive unless expressly agreed in writing by GoSolr.

The Offer applies only to new GoSolr subscription agreements and is not available for existing GoSolr customers upgrading, renewing or replacing an existing subscription unless expressly approved by GoSolr.

If the applicant withdraws, fails to proceed with the installation, fails to satisfy GoSolr's onboarding requirements, or is unable to obtain the necessary approvals, GoSolr shall have no obligation to provide the Offer.

GoSolr reserves the right, acting reasonably, to decline any application that does not satisfy its commercial, technical, operational or risk acceptance criteria.

GoSolr may amend, suspend or withdraw this promotional Offer at any time for new applications, provided that any customer who has already executed a Solar Subscription Agreement under this Offer shall continue to receive the promotional benefit in accordance with that agreement.

GoSolr's decision regarding eligibility for the Offer, customer qualification, property suitability and application of these Terms and Conditions shall be final.
